The MF 1839 offers oustanding baledensity and a precision knotter system as well as easy servicingand maintenance ensuring that your baler works to its full potentialfor years to come.Manual bale density controlQuick adjustment of the heavydutytension springs on the manualbale density system ensures thecorrect amount of pressure isapplied to the top and bottom rails.Bales are therefore produced toyour exact specification.Hydraulic bale density control(optional)The hydraulic bale density controlprovides a more effective meansof controlling bale density thanthe spring controlled rails. Thehydraulic system uses it’s ownself-contained pump and reservoir.The operator selects the pressurerequired to build a specific weightbale. As conditions becomedamper or dryer, the densitycylinder will retract or extend tomaintain the desired bale weight,keeping the bales more uniformand saving the operator the time itwould take to re-adjust the manualdensity springs.Rugged knotter designThe knotters are designed andbuilt to operate reliably seasonafter season, with minimum fussor maintenance, whether usingplastic or sisal twine.Power requirementsThe centre-line design, with itsmore efficient crop handling, helpsto keep tractor power requirementlow.Twine boxesLocated either side of the baler, thetwine boxes hold 3 balls of eitherplastic or sisal twine on each side.Thanks to the positioning of thetwo boxes, routing to the knotter iscloser and easier.01 Massey Ferguson knotters aredesigned for high throughput withminimal maintenance.02 Easily accessible twinestorage and straight forward twinerouting.03 Manual spring loaded densitycontrol.04 Hydraulic bale density pump,guage and control valve (optional).06
