Moreover, their number is limitedto two in each team.The athletes’ eligibility is also subject to the age group limits as stated hereunder:Only athletes aged at least 16 years on 31 December of the year of the competitioncan participate, with the following exceptions: only athletes aged at least 18 years on31 December of the year of the competition can participate in the Shot Put (M) andHammer Throw (M).Final EntriesAll European Athletics Member Federations are requested to enter their club’sinformation into the Team Online Entry System, to which they can access atwww.european-athletics.org in the section Member Federations/Competition. MemberFederations shall use their previously assigned ID and password valid for all theEuropean Athletics Events.Travel details and room request must be entered in the system along with the detailedinformation about all competing athletes per event, so as the names of the teamofficials.According to the regulations the deadline for the final entries is Wednesday, 19 May2010, 24:00h CET.Preliminary entries: Opening on Friday 12 February 2010 and closing on Tuesday 2 March2010Final entries: Opening on Wednesday 5 May 2010 and closing on Wednesday 19 May 2010AccommodationWill be announced after receiving all preliminary entry informations at the eventwebsite www.la-bern.chFinancial conditionsIn accordance with the Harmonised Regulations of the European Champion ClubCups, the organiser will bear the board and lodging expenses for a maximum of notmore than 2 nights for a maximum number of 22 athletes and 4 officials from eachvisiting team.3
