(Jerry)Nolan is a claimprofessional withmore than 20 yearsexperience andproven leadershipabilities.Gerard P. NolanAssistant DirectorMr. Nolan previouslyserved as AssistantVice President ofClaim Recovery forReliance NationalInsurance Companyand as a recoveryspecialist for St. Paul Fire and Marine InsuranceCompany. He has a comprehensive background in highexposurerecovery litigation including construction, productsliability, medical malpractice, commercial propertyand workers’ compensation.While at St. Paul, Mr. Nolan recovered more than $30million, earning numerous service recognition awards.During his tenure at Reliance National, he developedprocedures to improve recovery results, such as institutingan open and closed file review process. He hasextensive experience investigating large commercialproperty and workers’ compensation losses, includingloss scene investigations.Prior to joining St. Paul, Mr. Nolan held positions inliability claims adjustment and claims supervision atLiberty Mutual Insurance Company and AmericanInternational Adjustment Company.Mr. Nolan received a bachelor’s degree in economicsfrom St. John’s University.
