Unit 4: Printer ConfigurationPRINTER CONFIGURATIONThis unit provides in-depth instruction on printer configuration for operation and for some troubleshooting.The printer may be configured via the buttons and/or potentiometers loacated on the printer’s operator panel. Unit 4: Printer ConfigurationCONFIGURATION MODESThis chapter provides an overview of the various configuration modes of the operation menu. All of theconfiguration activities are performed via the use of the operator panel located on the printer’s face. However,many settings may also be controlled via external software commands.USER MODEThis mode allows configuration of printing features that are prone to change from job to job.
