Groups start with some funrelaxed games such as barrel rolling and grape stomping to get the afternoon under way. Groups are thensplit into teams and seated amongst the winery stainless steel tanks. Under the guidance of the Bimbadgenwinemaking team, each group begin to produce a blended wine of their own, to then present to the groupand for judging by our winemaker. Bimbadgen Hands On Blending Challenge$250 per person (minimum 30 guests)A night of great wine, fabulous food and some spirited competition!!Team members collaborate to blend a red wine to be judged by the winemaking team at Bimbadgen. Thechallenge takes place in the centre of the Bimbadgen Estate Winery. Surrounded by stainless steel tanksyou will feel like the winemaker as you test, taste and determine what will make the winning blend. As thejudging takes place make your way upstairs for a fabulous dining experience in the award-winning EscaBimbadgen.The Challenge continues over dinner with teams presenting their wines through promotional skits to theaudience – very entertaining! The spacious master bedroom isupstairs and features ensuite with luxurious spa, shower,lounge and TV/CD/DVD entertainment unit.The Homestead sleeps up to 8 people. There is also ababy’s cot available upon request.The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher and formal and casualdining and living areas. Complimentary bottle of wine, tea/coffee making facilities and light breakfast itemsare available for guests.In the large open-plan living area, we have a games board and billiard table with two wood fireplaces thatare perfect for relaxing evenings.
