To achieve highest flexibility of your production and to be ready to fulfill future requirements we developed some special features as standard equipment of this machine, such as - Multi step precision winding by electronic gear with up to 20 different cross ratios during one package trip - Yarn tension regulated, frequency controlled single drive of each winding head - Yarn tension and take-up pressure mechanically adjustable - Choice between precision and random winding of cylindrical packages - Max. 10 different recipes per machine simultaneously (recipe=diameter, crossing ratio, speed) - Meter counter - Especially for coarse yarns we include an air splicer system as an option 2 CORI • Oerlikon Barmag Operators and supervisor will be enthusiastic about its easy to handle properties, including - Feeding supply bobbins in two floors from backside (max. bobbin weight 12 kg) - Continuous operation by creel including standby package - Recipe management & supervision with protection against unauthorized changing
