Ministry to theVOLUNTEERS:we equip thevolunteers to bethe hands, feetand voice of Christin the midst of therecovery.


• Each Volunteer “type” carries hisor her own BLESSINGS, and theirown CHALLENGES.• Each Volunteer “type” comeswith their own EXPECTATIONS ofthe disaster response experience.


• Before they come, communicatewhat they can expect.• Try to match the right team tothe right job.
