NOZZLES20,000 PSITUBE SPINNERTUBE CLEANING NOZZLESJetstream Tube Spinner Nozzles provide the mostthorough cleaning of tube walls. Maximum impactand the elimination of streaking result from having two largerspinning jets rather than several smaller,non-rotating jets.. Self-rotating sleeve has two radial jets that spin at high speedfor complete coverage. Simple two piece design features a nozzle body, speciallycoated for maximum lubricity and surface hardness, and astainless steel sleeve, hardened to extend orifice life and precisionhoned to prevent galling. A thin layer of water between the nozzle body and sleeveprovides a liquid bearing on which the sleeve spins. No ballbearings to replace!. HPF or HPE tube cleaning nozzles are connected to the tubespinner nozzle to add forward jets for unplugging tubesand/or rearward jets to pull nozzles and flex lance throughtube (sold separately). HPF nozzle blanks, sold below, can be installed in place ofHPF or HPE nozzles when no forward or rearward jets arerequired. Tube Spinner outside diameters are the same as standardtube cleaning nozzlesNozzles shown actual size. Cap nozzles sold separately.
