Thisprovides you with the opportunity to clarify and/or change the scope requirements, if needed. Once you are satisfied withthe design scheme, a written offer is prepared which details the entire scope of the gas supply installation. Accompanyingthe offer will be all the supporting technical documents to ensure you have all the information you require to make an fullyinformed choice including: Safety Data Sheets, <strong>Equipment</strong> Data Sheets and, if required, an advance copy of the technicalspecification for the major items in the system.Contract Award and Project ManagementOn award of your contract, we will acknowledge receipt of your order and reconfirm the scope of supply and agreedtimescale for completion of the project. The project will be managed in accordance with our internal procedures as detailedon our Industrial Management System (IMS), which is audited in accordance with ISO 9001. The IMS is an integratedsystem that manages the Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance of our business world-wide. Throughout the projectyou will have a nominated point of contact, who will keep you updated on the project and agree dates for all site activitieswith you.
