SPONSOR S GENERAL TERMS AND

CONDITIONS STADIUM TOUR GERMANY

1. Purview

The following General Terms and Conditions outline the

contractual relationship between attendees of the Stadium

Tour Germany (9th and 10th September 2009) organised by

SPONSOR S Verlags GmbH (hereinafter referred to as

SPONSOR S ) and SPONSOR S . Contradictory terms and

conditions of the attendee are not valid.

2. Registration / Registration Confirmation

Your registration can be submitted via Internet, by mail,

fax or email. Receipt of your registration results in a legally

binding contract.

3. Service

The attendance fee stated is to be understood as a fee per

person excluding VAT. It includes stadium tour documents,

transfer to the respective stadia (North tour also including

flight), hotel and travelling tour guide in German and English,

hospitality ticket for the North tour, as well as all-day

catering. The organiser assumes no liability whatsoever for

programme changes or misprints. Attendees will be

informed immediately should cancellation of the event be

necessary due to significant reasons (e.g.: due to the poor

health of on-location contact persons at the sports venues

or due to too few participants). The admission fee will be

refunded in such cases. There is no claim to compensation

for travel or accommodation expenses, or for loss of

working hours.

4. Payment Due Date, Payment, Arrears and Compensation

The invoice also serves as confirmation of registration, with

fees payable within 8 days of invoicing. Should the participant

be in arrears, SPONSOR S reserves the right to impose

a fine of 5 euros. Payments by cash or cheque are not

possible; SPONSOR S cannot be held liable in case of loss.

5. Cancellation

In case of cancellation (in writing only) up to 7 days prior

to the event’s begin, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total

event fees shall be due. The full delegate fees shall be

charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to

the event. In case of the timely naming of a substitute

participant, the cancellation fee shall be waived.

6. Copyright

The stadium documents are protected by copyright.

Duplication, proliferation or use of the stadium documents

for any other purpose is only permitted with the explicit

written consent of SPONSOR S .

7. Liability

Speeches of the stadium tour are given and prepared by

qualified speakers of the respective clubs, stadia operators

and partners of the stadia tour. SPONSOR S assumes no

liability whatsoever for the topicality, accuracy and

completeness of stadium tour documents or for the

running of the stadia tour.

8. Court of Jurisdiction

The basis of this agreement is German legislation. The court

of jurisdiction is Mainz, Germany.

9. Data Protection

SPONSOR S protects personal data. SPONSOR S will handle

personal data provided by attendees confidentially and only

in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Personal data is

all information saved in connection with your name.
