Remove the dashbord /1step•You have to remove first the GPS:•Use a 1.5mm nail bend for 0.5cm insert in this holethis will help you to remove the LCD1•Then remove thoses two screws the rear systemis out.•Then 5 screws to remove heating control•Remove all the ventilation outlet•Two other screws in the frontof the consol•Unplug the clock and the internaltemp sensor


Remove the dashbord /2 nd step• Remove the center ventil outlet,two screws• Then two other screws underthe cover and two others, oneeach side discovered when youremoved the side cover• So you just have to thight theupper dashboard and you have itin your hand…• Weldone


Remove the dashbord /3step• If you’ve not yet remove the side covernear you’re foot( sorry I don’t know theEnglish name) four screws your side(do not remove the metal plate) and threescrews passenger side, it’s time…• Remove behind the steering wheel theshift pad cover 4 screws (under) and twosmall one behind the steering wheel, turnthe steering 90° to remove it…• Remove the speedometer 4 screws on top(two direct on the speedo and two for themounting plate, remove both), two lowerside not easy to find• And now remove all the screws from thedashboard, remove the air bag 4 screwsto find these two screws


Remove the dashbord /End• Remove screws inside the ventiloutlet left and right• Then try to remove the left partof the dashboard where theswitch light is located• Remove 2 screws where a metalplate is fixe to the lower Dboardremove the test connector


Remove the dashboard /End• Remove all the ventil outlet partfirst• Then remove the dashboard•WELLDONEyou’re at this point


Change the <strong>heater</strong> <strong>core</strong>• Remove the plastic diffuser• Now it’s time to remove your fluid in theradiator, if you remove around 5 liter let’ssay 6 , when you’re disconnected the hosethere is no leakage (very few)unscrew the two necklace• Unscrew the ventil system only thenecessary part and cut the plastic necklace» Screws place


Change the <strong>heater</strong> <strong>core</strong>• Remove the ventil part with the<strong>heater</strong> <strong>core</strong>•You’ have this box in your hand ,remove the screws and remove the <strong>core</strong>You’ve got it WELDONE!!!!!


Remount the <strong>heater</strong> <strong>core</strong>• When you’re remounting the Hc.Pay attention to this point!!!Use this bond for the waterproofing
