Bendová, Š., Walterová, D.: Practice and Theory of the Corporate 75Results and FindingsThe theme of Corporate Social Responsibility is a relatively new globalized standard, and the Czech Republic, at least in terms of the commercial sector andnon-profit organizations, strives to keep pace with the surrounding world. Theevidence of such activities are annual reports, independent reports, or reportsof international auditing organizations issued on basis of an in-depth study carriedout in the field of the CSR standards observance in corporate premises.Unfortunately, the public administration sector controls its operations in itsown pace, and is little interested in innovation techniques and activities existingexceeding borders of our country. At a totally random early research andfinding the number of town councils, or municipality councils, which alreadyimplemented CSR principles into their methodology, a pathetic conclusion wasrevealed - only a single municipality announced the quality observance and CSRprinciples on its web pages. That was the Town District Prague 10, available at. In that case, it is an extensive town council witha large number of inhabitants, which strives to catch up with global trends andimplement these good practices in the real life of the community. In terms of small-size municipalitiesand small town districts offices selected randomly across the territory ofthe Czech Republic, and afterwards within the territory of South Bohemia, therate of success lowered to zero (See e.g. the Municipality Office in Hrdějovice, available on .ConclusionThe theme of Corporate Social Responsibility has not been introduced as thevery pure news in the field of public administration. Some town districts havealready understood the necessity to keep up with the global trend, and incorporatedthese innovation practices and principles of CSR in their methodologywithin the process of the quality management, which was correctly certified.Other municipalities, especially those with a limited scope of delegation of duties,a small number of inhabitants and situated in less important locations ofthe Czech Republic, have not reached the understanding of the trend so far. Therefore, for purposes of the terrain research processing applicable to thefuture doctoral dissertation themed ”Corporate Social Responsibility as an IntegratedPart of Strategic Planning in Public Administration Institutions”, itwill be necessary to carefully prepare questionnaires, and to orientate them
