DEPOSIT AND REGISTRATION A $400 per person deposit isrequired with a completed reservation application includingpassenger's full name (as it appears on passport), mailing address andtelephone number. Full payment is due 75 days before departure date.If a booking is made within 75 days of departure, full payment isrequire at time of booking. <strong>206</strong> TOURS will automatically bill allpassengers for traveler's insurance unless it is declined at the time ofreservation or in writing by the participant.FORM <strong>OF</strong> PAYMENT Personal/Bank/Certified Checks areaccepted forms of payment at any time. Personal checks areacceptable if received more than 3 weeks prior to the scheduleddeparture date. <strong>206</strong> TOURS Credit Card Payments (AmericanExpress, Discover, Visa and Master Card). Returned checks will incura $75 service fee. In case of computer or human billing error, wereserve the right to re-invoice participants with corrected billing.PRICE GUARANTEE We can only guarantee prices when and ifthe trip is paid in full and provided that the minimum number of 32participants is materialized. Rates shown are based on double or twinoccupancy. All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and are calculated oncurrency rates and fares in existence at the time of printing. <strong>206</strong>TOURS reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departurewithout prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation ofcurrencies may effect published price.NOT INCLUDED Items of a personal nature, such as telephonecalls, mini bar, laundry, food, beverages or alcohol not included andnot on regular d'hote menu (these extra items will be billed to youbefore leaving the hotel or restaurant); room service, optionalactivities, and laundry. TRAVEL INSURANCE (optional $253/$280), portage at airports, excess baggage fees and passport fees.LAND ONLY Transfers are NOT included in Land Only costs.From time to time, a tour may be canceled due to non-materialization.If you chose to purchase a Land Only package and arrange your owndomestic or international flights or transfers of any kind. Booked orpurchased items outside of <strong>206</strong>tours are sole responsibility of client.Expenses incurred for transfers due to lateness of flights are at theexpense of the passenger and may be claimed for reimbursement fromthe airlines.AIRPORT TAXES, SECURITY FEES, & FUEL CHARGESAirport taxes, Security Fees and Fuel Surcharges are included in thepublished package price. These fees are estimated to beapproximately $647 per person. These charges will be billed withyour final invoice before final payment is due.PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS A valid USpassport is required for travel for US citizens. If you do not have avalid passport please contact your closest passport office. Passportsmust be valid at least 6 months after return date. US or Canadiancitizens do not need to obtain visas for most countries. For all othernationalities please consult the country of travel's consulate. Whenand if visa is required it is passenger’s responsibility to obtain one.Cancellations due to lack of appropriate travel documents will incurusual penalties.FINAL DOCUMENTS Final documents are issued upon receipt offinal payment only and within 2 weeks of departure. Documents arenot guaranteed if final payment is not received on time. Upon receiptof your documents you are responsible to check your itinerary,spelling of your name, dates, times and other important information toinsure their validity.PARTICIPATION <strong>206</strong> TOURS and suppliers contracted forservices reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any personwhose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operations of atour, or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers.<strong>206</strong> TOURS, its agents, and suppliers shall be under no liability toany such person for refund, compensation, repatriation or any othermatters arising.RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE <strong>206</strong> TOURS acts as a tour operator.The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements andhotel accommodations for the tour program are independentcontractors and are not agents or employees of <strong>206</strong> TOURS. Allcoupons, receipts and tickets issued are subject to the terms andconditions specified by suppliers. By utilizing the service of thesuppliers, you agree that <strong>206</strong> TOURS will not be liable for anychange in flight or itinerary schedule, strikes, delay, acts ofgovernments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine,medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage toyou or to those traveling with you in connection with anyaccommodations, transportation or any other services or resultingdirectly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions u are onboard the aircraft. Neither <strong>206</strong> TOURS and/or agents of the airlinesconcerned are to be held responsible for the late arrival of passengersat airports or resorts due to inclement weather, nor are they to be heldliable for payment or any refund for transfers or unused hotelaccommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at thehotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries. Passengers must bearall such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen health orother circumstances, we recommend you purchase our optionalTRAVEL INSURANCE. <strong>206</strong> TOURS is not responsible forcircumstances beyond its control. In circumstances where tripcancellations resulting from the inability for trip to depart asscheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism,war, God, or nature takes place, <strong>206</strong> TOURS is not liable forrestitution. Though every effort will be made to follow the itinerary, itshould be considered as an indication of the tour, rather than acontract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays,national days, traffic conditions and other events may necessitatechanges in the sequence of visits or the missing of certain visits. Wewill have mass and strive to be in places as indicated. However,Highlights of Terms & Conditionssometimes this is not possible as the site may not be available forMass or itinerary changes are forced upon us. In this case analternative site for Mass will be arranged.SAFETY Please be aware that during your participation on toursoperated by <strong>206</strong> TOURS, certain risks and dangers may arise beyondour control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling byboat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; theforces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in regionswithout means of rapid evacuation or nearby medical facilities. If notaccustomed to physical activity, please note that our pilgrimagesinclude some walking tours, with occasionally un-even terrain or upand down hills. You may certainly stay behind for certain parts of thejourney, however, no refunds for unused portions will be made. <strong>206</strong>TOURS does not have liability regarding provisions of medical careor the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. <strong>206</strong> TOURS is notresponsible for compensation for cities/sites omitted from theitinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.BAGGAGE Each tour participant is advised to bring one suitcase andone small carry on bag . Please check with your specific airline toverify the size and weight allowances. <strong>206</strong> TOURS is not responsiblefor the loss of, theft of, delay, or damage to a participant's belongings.DEVIATIONS AND CHANGES Deviate and design your ownoptional post-tour at a fee of $75 plus the any additional costassociated with services included in the pre/post tour.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSOnce a partial/ deposit or full payment has been made, cancellationswill only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be appliedbased on the date that the written cancellation is received. In additionto a $250 per person administration fee, the following charges apply ifa cancellation is made before departure (per person of total tourprice):60 - 46 days prior to departure 10%45 - 21 days prior to departure 50%20 - 03 days prior to departure 80%02 days prior to departure or no-show no refundAdditionally, once tickets are issued the ticket value isnon-refundable. Requests for a refund must be in writing (mail, faxor e-mail). Phone calls can not be used as a form of cancellation. It isthe individual’s responsibility to confirm <strong>206</strong> TOURS' receipt ofcancellations regardless of their form. Refunds will be issued within30 to 60 days of receipt and pending return of airline tickets andreceipt of written notice of cancellation. Refunds for payments madeby credit card are subject to an additional 3.5% fee. No change ofnames or substitutions are permitted. No cancellation fees will bewaived due to death or sickness.TRAVEL INSURANCE <strong>206</strong> TOURS strongly suggests thepurchase of Traveler's Insurance. Travel Guard Insurance offers awaiver of pre-existing conditions if insurance is purchased at the timeof deposit. Travel insurance can not be purchased after your trip ispaid in full. Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable. <strong>206</strong>TOURS will automatically bill all passengers for traveler's insuranceunless it is declined at the time of reservation or in writing by theparticipant. <strong>206</strong> TOURS is not liable for the policies, decisions,procedures, etc. of any insurance company. It is the sole responsibilityof the passenger to request a brochure, and review the insurancecoverage. Policies and restrictions imposed by the insurance companyare not limited to that which is stated in the brochure. Traveler'sInsurance purchased through <strong>206</strong> TOURS will only cover theservices, expenses, arrangements, arranged by <strong>206</strong> TOURS. Foradditional clarifications, restrictions, etc., please contact the insurancecompany directly.* <strong>206</strong> <strong>Tours</strong> offers an optional additional protection plan for $199,which permits travelers to cancel for any reason up until the day priorto departure with out penalty. You MUST file a claim with TravelGuard insurance if you cancel your reservation, and if you are deniedreimbursement from Travel Guard for any reason. <strong>206</strong> <strong>Tours</strong> willrefund your losses in cash in full (not including the insurance andcancel protection premiums). You MUST select this option at the timeof booking and it must be paid with your deposit. You MUSTpurchase standard travel insurance in order to purchase the cancel forany reason protection plan (unless you are a resident of NY). You cancancel your trip up until the day prior to departure for any reason -sickness, change of heart, job loss, or any reason whatsoever-and youwill receive a full refund, minus the small cost of the insurance. Yourrefund will be issued in the same method of payment; check or creditcard. Our plan must be purchased at the time of deposit and inaddition to the regular Traveler’s Insurance as per above. All personsmust file a claim with the insurance company and be declinedreimbursement prior to requesting reimbursement under the cancel forany reason protection plan. The waiver DOES NOT cover anyservices NOT made through <strong>206</strong> <strong>Tours</strong>. The Waiver Fee does notcover any single supplement charges which arise from an individual’straveling companion electing to cancel for any reason prior todeparture. In this case, the single supplement will be deducted fromthe refund of the person who cancels. Division of this charge betweenthe two passengers involved is solely their responsibility. Ifinsufficient funds are deducted from the canceling client, the travelingclient will be charged the remaining portion of the single supplement.<strong>206</strong> <strong>Tours</strong> can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liablefor any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions of anytravel agent or travel agency other than that of <strong>206</strong> <strong>Tours</strong>, Inc. itself,and its own employees. *NY residence are permitted to purchase theCancel or Any Reason Protection Plan independently of the regulartraveler’s insurance upon request.AIR TRANSPORTATION Air transportation is in economy classon IATA-approved carriers. Fares are based on levels in effect at thetime of printing and prices and schedules are subject to changewithout notice. Please visit your airline’s website to review theirspecific terms of carriage and passenger rights information.SEAT ASSIGNMENT Random seats are assigned for all groupparticipants. If you would like to secure a specific seat, or sit with atravel companion please advise us of such request at the time ofbooking, we will make an effort to accommodate you, however wecannot guarantee such requests. If you must have specific seat werecommend you to be at the airport at least four hours prior todeparture and arrange the seat assignment with your airline's gateagent. Bulkhead and exit row seating can never be requested prior tothe day of departure. <strong>206</strong> TOURS can NEVER guarantee any specificseats. Seats are at the sole discretion of the airline and are pendingavailability, pending aircraft and seat map changes.MEALS The trip includes daily breakfasts and 6 dinners, which areserved at your hotel or local restaurants. In case you chose not tohave a meal, there is no refund for unused meals. Although we cannotguarantee, we will try and accommodate special requests.HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Hotel accommodations are basedon twin-bedded or double rooms. <strong>206</strong> TOURS reserves the right tosubstitute similar category hotels without prior notice. In some hotelstriple accommodation is possible, however, no reduction in cost isavailable for triple rooms.SINGLE ROOMS & SUPPLEMENT A limited number of singlerooms is available (on request basis only) at the supplement price.Single rooms provide privacy, but they are in some hotels smallerthan twin or double rooms and sometimes may be poorly located,especially in the older hotels.YOUNG TRAVELERS Travelers who are less than 18 years old onthe departure date must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Due toheightened security, many countries have adopted practices to preventinternational abductions of children. If a child will be traveling withadults other than the parents or with only one parent, it isrecommended that a notarized letter be written by the parents ornon-traveling parent granting authorization to travel including thedates of travel. We also suggest that you contact the appropriateconsulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements.For the purposes of <strong>206</strong> TOURS trips an infant is defined as anyonewho is under the age of 24 months for the entire duration of their trip.A child is defined as any one between the ages of 24 months and 11years for the entire trip.SPECIAL ASSISTANCE You must report any disability requiringspecial attention to <strong>206</strong> TOURS at the time of registration. We makeevery effort to accommodate disabled passengers, but, we cannotguarantee and are not responsible for any denial of services bycarriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Be awarethat all of our tours are operated outside the U.S. where theAmericans with Disabilities Act is not applicable and facilities fordisabled individuals are limited. Most transportation services,including the touring motor coaches, are NOT equipped withwheelchair ramps or lifts. A qualified and physically able companion(s) must accompany travelers who need special assistance. It is thepassenger's responsibility to arrange for such assistance prior tomaking their reservations. <strong>206</strong> TOURS is not responsible for anymedical condition that occurs prior, during or after the tour.Additionally, airlines are not able to guarantee or provide assistancefor disabled travelers including special seating. Pregnancy,Breast-Feeding, and Travel Pregnant women consideringinternational travel should be advised to evaluate the potentialproblems associated with international travel as well as the quality ofmedical care available at the destination and during transit.SERVICE INQUIRIES If upon returning from your trip, you wishto inquire about any services provided, please ensure that allcorrespondence is received by <strong>206</strong> <strong>Tours</strong>, 333 Marcus Blvd,Hauppauge NY 11788, within 45 days of the tour completion date.This will enable us to make a timely investigation.TOUR CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR Be clearly advisedthat from time to time a tour departure may be cancelled due to lackof participation. In such case, the operator's sole responsibility is toprovide a full refund. <strong>206</strong> TOURS in not responsible and does notassume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating tothe issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or arrangements notmade through us. Cancellations due to state travel advisories and/orstate travel warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God,Natural Disaster or any other circumstance outside the control of <strong>206</strong>TOURS, are not the fault of <strong>206</strong> TOURS.
