TOYOTA FAMILY SEATING SECTIONCharlotte Motor Speedway has set the bar on family experience atNASCAR events by creating a family-friendly grandstand. This newfamily-friendly environment will give families the option to sit in asmoke-and-alcohol- free family section, as well as provide activities forkids throughout the weekend. The Family Seating Section will be locatedin the Toyota Fourth Turn Terrace grandstand. During Cup races, thefamily sections are X-GG. During Nationwide races, the family section isall of the Toyota Fourth Turn Terrace. In the concourse of Toyota, thereare plenty of options of entertainment for the kids! The concourse willfeature an inflatable monster truck bounce house, a face painter, andmany other activities! Lug Nut, the world’s fastest mascot will also makespecial appearances. Racing-themed booster seats will be available inthe concourse for use free of charge for the viewing convenience for theyoung spectator. The Charlotte Motor Speedway Coca-Cola Fan Van willalso be parked underneath the Family Seating Section and offer family funand entertainment for children of all ages. Families can play cornhole andcompete in NASCAR-simulated racing on one of the four gaming stations.POWERADE PLAY zONEIn an effort to make Charlotte Motor Speedway the most family friendlyplace on earth, we also will host a Powerade PlayZone. Located acrossfrom Gate 6, adjacent to the restrooms, the Powerade PlayZone willfeature racing-themed inflatable slides, obstacle courses, bounce houses,face painters and a special program “Kazoobie Kazoo” on Friday, October14th from 2pm to 7pm.The Powerade PlayZone will be open for the NASCAR Bank of America 500weekend. Open times are:Thursday, October 13th: 1 p.m.-7:30 p.m.Friday, October 14th: 1 p.m. - 8 p.m.Saturday, October 15th: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.PET POLICYCampers are allowed to bring the family pet and service dogs whenvisiting CMS campgrounds. To insure the safety and enjoyment of all CMSguests and campers, please abide by the following:• Aggressive dogs of any breed cannot enter or stay at CMS campgrounds.If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers,please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits thistype of behavior CMS personnel will ask you to leave.• All dogs must be under the control and visual observation of their ownerat all times. A leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outsidethe owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, motorhome or tent – there are noexceptions. No dog should be left tied up and unattended outside theowner’s camping equipment. No pet pens permitted.• Campers must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of thewaste; this rule applies at all times no matter where the pets relievethemselves in campgrounds or parking areas. Please do not walk yourpet through another camper’s site or allow them to relieve themselveson someone else’s site.• Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not bepermitted and in such event you may be asked to leave.
