TUITION AND FEESSchool Year 2013-14GradesAnnual TuitionPre-school & Kindergarten:Pre-K, Mid-K and K$20,550 All supplies are included.Lower School: grades 1 to 5 $21,780 Text and Notebooks are included.Middle School: grades 6 to 8 $22,780 Textbooks are billed separately.Upper School: grades 9 and 10 $25,590Textbooks and registration/examinationfees are billed separately.Upper School: grades 11 and 12 $27,500Textbooks and registration/examinationfees are billed separately.Matriculation Fee, Deposit and Tuition Payments through TADS*Matriculation Fee (one-time, non-refundable, not applicable towards tuition): $2,000 per new student ($1,500for the second child, and $1,000 for any additional children). The enrollment agreement must be returned bythe due date along with the non-refundable, one-time matriculation fee. *The matriculation fee for Pre-Kstudents only is considered as a non-refundable deposit.Re-Enrollment Deposit (non-refundable): $2,000 per student. The re-enrollment agreement must be returnedby the due date along with the non-refundable re-enrollment deposit that will be applied towards tuition.Tuition Payment Schedule:Option 1: payment of tuition in full by June 5.Option 2: payment of tuition in two installments: 60% by June 5, 40% by November 5.Option 3: payment of tuition in 10 installments via TADS from June 2013 to March 2014; a yearly flat fee of$45, billed by TADS.All matriculation fee, deposit and tuition payments must be sent to TADS. Miscellaneous Fees• Application Fee (non-refundable): $75 per child, payable by check drawn on a U.S. Bank, or through PayPal onour website. Applications are valid for two years.• Extended Day (Garderie – Maternelle and Lower School): $10/hr• Study Hall (Middle and Upper School): $12.50/hr or annual flat fee: $380• Extracurricular activities, clubs and vacation camps are billed individually on a per class basis.• Hot lunch: option of 2, 3 or 5 days/week, billed separately, by semester, approximately $900 to $1,200/year forthe full week option.• Overnight trips/camps organized by the school are billed upon participation.• Student visa (if need be) - administrative and mailing fee: $150• Parent-Teacher Organization Fee: $25 per family/year – billed automatically in TADS.• Textbooks (grades 6 to 12) and Examination Fees (grades 9, 11 and 12): billed separately according to grade,program and options.o Estimate of Textbook prices:• Grades 6, 7 and 8: $300-$550 per year• Grades 9-10 French and International Programs: $300-$850 per year• Grades 11-12 French Program: $350- $500 per year• Grades 11-12 International Baccalaureate: up to $1,000 over two yearso Estimate of Registration/Examination Fees:• PSAT and SAT fees: http://professionals.collegeboard.com/testing/psat/about/dates;http://professionals.collegeboard.com/testing/sat-reasoning/register/fees• Brevet des Collèges (DNB): $100 registration fee• Grade 11 French Program: $180 registration fee• Grade 12 French Program: $220 registration fee, plus $190 for the International Option of theBaccalauréat (OIB), plus $70 per other optional test• Grade 12 International Baccalaureate: between $700 and $900Extra fees for international students staying with host families (from September 1 to June 30)• ISB Housing Program: $16,000Room and board with host family, supervised by ISB. Includes one ISB after school sport/club per trimester,monthly T-passes, study hall and Parent-Teacher Organization Fee.• Lunch Program: $1,200Choice of lunch provided either by the host family or by ISB. If students do not sign up for this program, theyhave to buy their own lunch.• Two-Week Orientation Program in August: $2,200 - Mandatory for new students entering the IP/IB Programs• Additional ESL classes (English as a Second Language): between $3,000 and $5,000 per year, depending onthe student’s English level that will be assessed during the Two-Week Orientation Program in August, or duringthe school year if need be.Financial Aid / French BourseNeed based French Government Financial Aid is available for French Nationals and need based Financial Aid isavailable from the school (on a limited basis) for other nationalities.
