Denis MWAKAis an Information Management Associate based in Karamoja sub-region. Hejoined <strong>the</strong> <strong>Center</strong> in July 2011 following an understanding between UNOCHA, UNDP <strong>Uganda</strong>and <strong>the</strong> <strong>Office</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Prime</strong> <strong>Minister</strong>. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies andPGD in Project Planning and Management, both obtained from Gulu University. Denis haspreviously worked with UNOCHA in <strong>the</strong> same capacity and with ICRC as Economic SecurityField <strong>Office</strong>r. He possesses M.A. Development Policy,M.A. Languages (German) and Bachelors <strong>of</strong> Arts with Social Sciences. Lillian holds aDiploma in Records and Information Management obtained from <strong>the</strong> <strong>Uganda</strong> ManagementInstitute.
