Denis MWAKAis an Information Management Associate based in Karamoja sub-region. Hejoined the Center in July 2011 following an understanding between UNOCHA, UNDP Ugandaand the Office of the Prime Minister. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies andPGD in Project Planning and Management, both obtained from Gulu University. Denis haspreviously worked with UNOCHA in the same capacity and with ICRC as Economic SecurityField Officer. He possesses M.A. Development Policy,M.A. Languages (German) and Bachelors of Arts with Social Sciences. Lillian holds aDiploma in Records and Information Management obtained from the Uganda ManagementInstitute. Shejoined NUDC in July 2011 following understanding between UNOCHA, UNDP Uganda andthe Office of the Prime Minister. She holds Bachelors in Business Administration of GuluUniversity and Uganda Diploma in Business Studies from MUBS. Mary has previously workedwith UNOCHA in Acholi sub-region, Pader District Local Government and World Vision onissues related to registration of former abductees, livelihood concerns, and child nutrition andfood distribution in emergencies. Mary has a firm interest in developing a strong career in
