FREQUENTLY ASKEDQUESTIONSWhat is the amount required for deposit?The amount required is the Room Rental Rate or 10% of the estimated event cost. This amount isnon-refundable should you cancel or change your date.When is the deposit due?The deposit is due seven business days from the date we place a tentative hold on space for yourevent. You will receive a function contract by fax, email which you will need to sign <strong>and</strong> return withyour deposit. If we do not receive your deposit; we will give you a courtesy call. If we do not hear fromyou within 24 hours, the reservation will automatically be released, withoutwritten notice.When will you provide us with a cost estimate <strong>and</strong> when is payment due?After the menu selections are made, your coordinator will provide you with an estimated cost for yourevent, which will include all food <strong>and</strong> beverage. Full Payment is due prior to the event.Will the Catering Coordinator personally h<strong>and</strong>le <strong>and</strong> attend our event?The Catering Coordinator will guide <strong>and</strong> assist you through the planning stages. CATERING POLICYTo ensure the utmost quality in service, we ask that you take afew moments to review our catering guidelines. Please feel free tocontact your conference services coordinator at anytime – we arehere to make your event an absolute success.All prices are subject to change without notice; however <strong>Crown</strong><strong>Isle</strong> will guarantee prices sixty (60) days prior to the function. Allfood <strong>and</strong> beverage prices are subject to a 15% service chargeplus any applicable taxes.For all meal functions, the conference services department mustbe notified of the guaranteed number of guests attending thefunction(s) seven (7) days prior to the function date (excludingweekends <strong>and</strong> holidays). Should no guarantee be received the<strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Isle</strong> will charge for guaranteed numbers or actualattendance, whichever is greater.Should the number of guests attending the function differ greatlyfrom the original contracted number, <strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Isle</strong> reserves the rightto provide an alternative function room best suited for the groupssize.In order for us to assure the availability of all chosen items <strong>and</strong>avoid additional fees associated with last minute purchase, yourmenu selections must be submitted to your Conference ServicesCoordinator no later than thirty (30) days prior to your functiondate (excluding weekends <strong>and</strong> statutory holidays).
