Shelived her entire life in <strong>Peru</strong>. She was born in <strong>Peru</strong> to Sara Elizabeth and William H. Williams, both deceased. Mary wasmarried to Burnell Ramer and John McIntosh, both of whom preceded her in death. Mary and her husband Burnell Ramer hadfive children, including her daughter Julie Dunkley of Clinton; two children, Jim Ramer and Mary Lou who preceded her indeath; Cindy, and Andy. A daughter Mary Lou, died in infancy. Also surviving are grandchildren and great-grandchildren inClinton, Ind., and several nieces and nephews. Surviving sisters are Agnes Bowman of <strong>Peru</strong>; Betty Bilodeau of Wabash;Marjorie Williams, Verna Mullikin, and Rosanna Strom Smith who passed away on Sept. 29, <strong>2011</strong>. She also had five brothers:Leonard, Lester, Lewis, Raymond and Delbert Williams, all of whom preceded her in death. Her visitation and funeral wereon Friday, Oct. 21, <strong>2011</strong> at the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 W. Third St., <strong>Peru</strong>. Burial was in the Mount HopeCemetery, <strong>Peru</strong>.<strong>Peru</strong> <strong>Tribune</strong>, The (IN) - Saturday, October 22, <strong>2011</strong>Ralph "Dewayne" Hutton, 80, of Kokomo, passed from this life at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, <strong>2011</strong>. He was born Dec. 6,1930 to James Alvus Hutton and Mildred Ura (Baer) Hutton in White County, Indiana. On Feb. 11, 1950 in Chicago, Ill., hemarried Jessie Hutton. On Sept. 20, 1991, in Kokomo, Ind., he married Mary "Francie" Hedrick Adams. He worked atInternational Harvester in data processing in Chicago from 1950 to 1951, before serving in the U.S. Army during the KoreanWar. He worked at International Harvester from 1953 to 1954, following the war; and moved to Kokomo, Ind. to work atHaynes International (Stellite) in 1954. He retired from Haynes International in 1986 after working there for 32 years. He wasa graduate of Monticello High School, Monticello, Ind.; attended Blackburn College in Carlinville, Ill. He was a Korean Warveteran, member of the American Legion Post 6, Haynes International Quarter Century Club, past member of Kokomo Y-Men's Club. He was a gentle, easygoing, unassuming man. He had a sense of humor and enjoyed practical jokes. He hadenjoyed fishing and playing cards, watching basketball and football, especially Purdue basketball and football, the IndianapolisColts, and "The Bears," and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing. He leaves behind his wife Francie; son and daughter-in-law,Dan and Sue Hutton of Alta Loma, Calif.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Mary and Andy Louden of Indianapolis, Ind., andJoyce Lucchetti of Carmel, Ind. His children's mother Jessie Hutton. Grandchildren Katie and Erik Jertberg, Mary and ShaneBearly, Michael and Racheal Parsons, Danny Parsons, Duncan Louden and Alyssa Lucchetti. Great-grandchildren Kailey andDaniel Parsons and William and George Jertberg. His extended family: stepdaughters Regina Bryant and Melanie Adams. Stepgrandchildren Quinton and Jennifer Bryant, Nathan and Kim Vega, Brandon Irvin, Ana Adams and William Adams. Step greatgrandchildren Cooper, Camryn and Callie Bryant, Urban and Gavin Vega. Many cousins, nieces and nephews. His parentspreceded him in death, as did a daughter and son-in-law Debra and Michael Parsons, a sister and brother-in-law Vivian andJean Pingry, sister and brother-in-law Ione and Gerald Dunker, sister and brother-in-law Anna Mae and Ned Grimes.Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, <strong>2011</strong> at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. <strong>Web</strong>ster St., Kokomo, Ind., with the funeralfollowing at 7 p.m. Gregg Lockwood will officiate. Born Aug. 1, 1920 in Miami County she was the daughter of John W. and Marie Savage Alspach. She was married toWilliam J. DeWald in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1963. She then married James Purvis in 1979 and he preceded herin death in 1989. She is survived by her children, Shirley Hairrell and husband Roger, Morrow, Ohio; Donald DeWald andwife Beverly, Macy; Deloris Kingery and husband Fred, <strong>Peru</strong>; and John DeWald and wife Cathy, <strong>Peru</strong>; grandchildren, LorriAllen and husband Don; Dawn Johnston and husband Bob; Jim DeWald, Brian DeWald and wife Norma; Michelle Brooks andhusband Travis; Erika Toman and husband Nick; and Kurt DeWald; nine great grandchildren, and her special cat, Buffy. Shewas preceded in death by one granddaughter Tammy Kingery. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 24,<strong>2011</strong> at McClain Funeral Home, Denver with Pastor George Dinkel officiating. Burial will follow in Deedsville I.O.O.F.Cemetery.
