- Free drops cannot exceed 25% of the troupe registration if not selected. Anyadditional drops will incur a $40 fee per drop.- Schools that are being considered for performance should register theirtroupes as if they will be performing, however, they must also indicate to theregistration chair any changes they might want in their registration (if notextended an invitation) by Dec 1 st . Selection will be announced December 7 ,2013. If a troupe is not extended an invitation those changes willautomatically be made at the announcement with no late charges incurred bythe troupe.- Schools that are invited to perform must submit a complete guest pass list(Including First and Last names) by Dec. 10 th , but is highly recommendedthat you have a guest list prepared. No Guest Passes will be made after thisdate.- All Main Stage performances at State will be adjudicated for ITF with saidadjudication application and fee arranged by MST. In the event you areextended an invitation to perform at ITF it is the troupe's responsibility topay for any additional costs incurred in performing there (including but notlimited to: registration, production costs, etc.).- When creating a show to be adjudicated, show MUST be created to travel.Please keep that in mind when designing the show as well as the fact that itwill be performed in a foreign space, please plan accordingly. This is aquestion on the adjudication form and if the adjudicators do not feel asthough your show can travel well, it could cause you to not be selected.- Both the Ferrara Theatre in St. Louis and the Music Hall in Kansas City areUnion Houses and therefore will use their own judgment when deciding ifstudents are capable to run the technical elements of the performance, pleasekeep this in mind when designing the technical aspects of your show.UNION CONTRAINSTS- The only people allowed in the theatre during load in, set-up and load out arethe directors and students. You may not bring in outside help to set up yourshow. In order for MST to comply with the Union contract.- If your show has a special effect that the Union deems as unsafe you will NOTbe allowed to use it within your show. MST will support the final decision ofthe Union.- Load-in will be from 8 AM to 9 AM- Set Up will be from 9 AM to 11:30 AM- One Hour Union Lunch Break 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
