Perea Letter – AB 327Page 2AB 327 would eliminate the rate restrictions adopted during the energy crisis and would provide the CPUCthe flexibility to implement what they determine to be the appropriate course of action on rate design andapprove rate structure modifications, which are fair and reasonable, and are in line with the State’s energypolicy goals and objectives.
