Installation, Operation, maintenancemanual in English language.29. Equipment parts list with vendor partnumbers for all spares includingrecommended Base & Depot spare list forone year.30. Arrangement drawings & Electricaldrawings.31. Paper particular, company Part numberswith description <strong>of</strong> all components <strong>of</strong> theequipment is to be provided.Maintenance and Product Support.32. On Board Maintenance. The equipmentshould afford easy maintenance byreplacement <strong>of</strong> consumable parts. It shouldbe supplied with any special tools/kits asrequired for the same.33. Base and Depot Spares/ Stocking.Manufacturers Recommended List (MRL)<strong>of</strong> Base and Depot (B & D) spares and OnBoard Spares (OBS) must be provided withcost. Adequacy and continued availability<strong>of</strong> spares/ replacement <strong>of</strong> the item(depending upon the life span) must beensured prior to placement <strong>of</strong> orders forthis equipment.34. Performance Monitoring. Thefacility/parameters to determine a drop inthe equipment performance relative to thelaid down standards at the time <strong>of</strong> supplyshould be provided.

35. Product Support.enable stocking <strong>of</strong> spares by the IndianNavy. The firm should also recommend/<strong>of</strong>fer suitable substitutes/ replacement forsuch components. In addition, upgradation/modification to the equipment,resulting in enhancement in theperformance should be intimated and<strong>of</strong>fered to the Indian Navy. The firm shouldalso indicate their willingness to undertakeAMC/ periodic maintenance (which wouldbe separate contract on expiry <strong>of</strong> thewarranty period) either directly or throughtheir authorised Reps in India.36. Testing Procedures. The equipmentshould adhere to the environmental testconditions & pro<strong>of</strong> there<strong>of</strong> as perInternational standards.
