We are listed in Abu Dhabi Stock Market since 2003 (security code: <strong>RAK</strong>CEC). We launched our first syndicated<br />
loan <strong>of</strong>fer for USD 100 million through the mandated lead arrangers based in London in 2004 which was<br />
oversubscribed. Our second syndicated loan was launched in 2006 and was again oversubscribed. The third London<br />
market mezzanine syndication for US $ 75 million was also successful during 2007. These facilities have already<br />
been entirely settled. The fourth facility <strong>of</strong> USD 225 million ‘club deal’ was effected in 2010. Our international<br />
investment projects in China, Bangladesh, Iran and India were funded by International finance Corporation (IFC),<br />
a member <strong>of</strong> World Bank group.<br />
Our reference banking relationships include over 25 major multinational & local banks in UAE with all types <strong>of</strong><br />
corporate banking facilities (including term/ trade finance facilities, working capital facilities, derivatives & treasury<br />
products, online banking etc.). Our strong track record <strong>of</strong> growth coupled with policies to maximize shareholder<br />
value has resulted in strong financial position.<br />
