Not Protectively MarkedGROUPS 1 to 4 CRIMES AND OFFENCESThe table and graph shows the number of crimes and offences recorded and detected inGroups 1 to 4 in the Moray for each quarter of the Financial Year 2006/2007 up to andincluding the third quarter of 2007/2008. 20.4% decrease in Group 1 to 4 crime compared to the third quarter of 2006/2007and for first three quarters of this financial year recorded Group 1 to 4 crime inMoray Division is 10.8% lower than that recorded in the same period last yearcompared to a reduction of 5% at the end of last quarter. The 3rd quarter of 2007/2008 has seen the lowest level of recorded Group 1 to 4crimes of any quarter since 01 April 2006. The detection rate at 31.4% this quarter is 1.8% higher than that recorded inQuarter 3 2006/2007.
