(See guidelines in the front of the manual)• The user must inspect the model before operation to prevent problems. (See guidelines in the front of the manual.)• The user is responsible for using the correct, batteries, fuel, glues, paints, chargers & any other, tools, accessories or materials required tooperate & maintain this product. Two Year Component WarrantyHPI staff have decades of experience of these cars and each product has been thoroughly tested in all conditions prior to launch, there aremany quality checks during production & assembly, also the product is delivered in a weight checked factory sealed and serial numberedbox.The components of your HPI products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years fromdate of purchase.In the event of any defects occurring in materials, workmanship or assembly of your product we will gladly repair or replace the defectcomponent(s) at our discretion.If a defect in materials, workmanship or assembly is found BEFORE the product has been used, we will be delighted to exchange the entireproduct, assuming that the product is returned complete & in good condition in its original packaging. Your retailer is likely to require areceipt as proof of purchase.We do not operate a new for old warranty once the car has been used.Once the car has been used/operated, we operate a component level warranty; we will gladly repair or replace the defect component(s) atour discretion.NOT COVERED BY WARRANTYCrash damage.Component failure or premature wearas a result of crash damage.Lack of maintenance, improper use orabuse.Normal wear and tear.Worn-out brake disks, brake shoes, driveoutputs; drive shafts, gears, bearings & belts.Water damage or problems resultingfrom water intake.Pull start mechanismsPull starts should only be pulled around20cms & cannot withstand vigorous overpulls.Clear body shells once they have beenpainted.Pre-painted bodies once they have beenused.HOW TO CLAIM AGAINST YOURWARRANTYFor warranty claims contact your supplyingretailer/dealer.
