DIRECTIONS FROM LOCAL AIRPORTS

LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LAX)

Follow signs to Sepulveda Blvd South. Take the I-105 E ramp.

Merge onto I-105 E. Continue for 16.7 miles, then take the I-605

N/I-605 S exit. Merge onto I-605 N. Take the I-5/Santa Ana Fwy exit

towards Santa Ana (South). Merge onto I-5. Continue for 12.7 miles,

then take the Disneyland Drive exit towards Ball Road. Merge onto

Disneyland Drive. Stay in the far right two lanes. Turn right (West)

on Magic Way and follow the sign to the hotel entrance on the left.

JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT / ORANGE COUNTY AIRPORT (SNA)

Take Airport Way to Airport Exit. Turn left onto MacArthur Blvd.

Take the I-405 N ramp towards Long Beach. Merge onto I-405

N. Take the CA-55 / Costa Mesa Freeway exit towards Newport

Beach / Riverside. Take the CA-55 N exit towards Riverside.

Merge onto CA-55 N. Continue for 3.5 miles, then take the 1-5

exit towards Los Angeles. Merge onto I-5 N. Continue for 7 miles

and take the Harbor Boulevard exit toward Ball Road. Turn left

on Ball Road. Turn left on Ball Road. Turn left at your second

traffi c light onto Disneyland Drive. Continue on Disneyland Drive,

staying in the far 2 right lanes. Turn right (West) on Magic Way

and follow the sign to the Disneyland Hotel entrance on the left.

out a certain number of rooms. Remember

that you must identify yourself as part of the

Southwest Traders Product Show to qualify for

the discounted room rate. Reservations should

be received at the Disneyland Hotel no later

than February 3, 2012. Reservations made

after this date will be booked at the prevailing

room rate. Please note that hotel check-in

time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

Note: Please join us for our annual customer appreciation reception

immediately following the product show Friday. It will be held

in the North Exhibit Hall which is located inside the South Exhibit

Hall (see map).

World of Color Show - Please join us for this wonderful family show! The

World of Color nighttime water spectacular weaves water, color, fi re and light

into a kaleidoscope of fantasy and imagination. More than 1,000 jets of water

form incredible shapes in time to the music as Disney characters come to life on

a shimmering veil of mist.

Location: Disney California Adventure Park. Due to the show being

located inside the amusement Park we have to have escorts accompany us into

the park. Showtime is at 9:15pm but the meeting time is 8:20pm. The meeting

place is the giant Mickey’s Sorcerer Hat at the entrance to Downtown Disney at

the Disneyland Hotel (see picture to the left). We must also have wristbands to

enter the park. You will receive your wristbands at the meeting place. If you are

late you will miss out on this wonderful opportunity to see the show.

World of Color Show


Attending our show is free of charge. We encourage all of our customers who are planning on attending our show to

pre-register with their customer service representative or account executive. Pre-registering helps us get an idea of

how many customers will be attending the show as well as how many family members we can expect at our customer

appreciation reception and Disney World of Color Show. Please pre-register by February 1, 2012.

We appreciate your business and this is our favorite time of the year as this is our opportunity to spend some quality

time with you! Please join us at 5:00pm, immediately following the show on Friday, February 24th in the North Exhibit

Hall for drinks and appetizers! This is an informal atmosphere where we can relax and enjoy some time together.

Immediately following we will be escorted to Disney California Adventure Park for the Disney World of Color Water and

Light Show. We have an area reserved for us so please join us! This is a family show and we are excited to be able to

provide this opportunity to our customers and their immediate family members!

Participating vendors will have raffl e tickets at their booth, all you have do is ask for one. The more raffl e tickets you

collect the more chances you will have to win great prizes throughout the day on Friday and Saturday. Prizes will

include products donated by vendors, gift cards, gift baskets, etc. The grand prize will be on Saturday at 4:00pm.

You will receive a list of participating vendors when you register. Only the participating vendors will have raffl e tickets!

You must attend the show to be eligible for the money savings show specials! The show specials will be valid for

the whole month of March, 2012. We will be mailing out the show specials catalog approximately two weeks prior to

the show. The show specials catalog will showcase all of the great show specials that will be available to you only if

you attend the show. If you take advantage of the show specials you will receive a credit in May, 2012 for the show

specials redeemed.

We appreciate you coming to our show and we understand that there are associated expenses involved. To help

offset your costs we are offering every customer that attends our show $50.00 in Southwest Traders Bucks (one per

customer). The Southwest Traders Bucks can be redeemed just like cash off of any order during the month of March,

2012. You will receive your Southwest Traders Bucks in the mail approximately one week after the show.

To redeem all you need to do is simply give the Bucks to your driver upon delivery of your product and the driver will

take the deduction off of your invoice. You also have the option to mail the Bucks in with your payment, just deduct the

$50 from your total amount due. Please see the Southwest Traders sample Bucks below for reference.
