Information sessionsand on-going support are provided.Students are learning how to make a range of different Breadsand Soups. A few weeks ago, they made chicken stock fromscratch (using chicken necks) and froze the stock.Last Monday the stock was used to make avegetable soup which the office staff sampled.Very tasty from all accounts!!!SeniorCollegeNews5
