He agreed that it isa mistake in doing the ID- Poor. Therefore, heencourages communities have to report to RHAC ifthey saw this problem because RHAC will take thecard back. He promised that he will strictly monitorwhen doing the ID-Poor again.Chief of Operational District informed that HC’sstaffs were responsible for raising awareness onhygiene and sanitation of communities and someareas were already done.The PHD director urge health staffs have to dressuniform properly and respect to principle of MOHDirector of PHD Koh Kong strongly agreed thatHC should have anonymous box to receivefeedback from clients because it can help HC toimprove the quality of health services for patients.Deputy director of Sre Ambel OD admitted thatwater is very important for sanitation and hygieneFrom January to May 2011, our well has dried up;and we tried to solve this problem by building awater container for hospitals. Moreover, we areworking with RACHA to connect water for apermanent water supply.It is a good request. Of course, according to policyof MoH, it is not allowed their husband to go in theroom. Community Health Dialogue (CHD)Aims:The Community Health Dialogue (CHD) isone of tools that MEDiCAM is working topromote social accountability. It is adialogue with smaller group of people. TheCHD aims at discussing the specific issuesat the referral hospital level and also tofollow up the commitments of providersmade during the Community Health Forum.In 2011, MEDiCAM conducted 5 CommunityHealth Dialogues in its regional targetedprovinces. CHD funded by EU. In eachdialogue, there were 85-110 communitymembers attended the dialogue. In total, therewere 459 community members participated inthe dialogues.
