RoyalGovernmentof CambodiaNGOs4CapacityBuildingCapacity Building<strong>MEDiCAM</strong> Capacity Building Program, with the support from the Global Fund SSF HSS and SSF HIVand EU, organized 25 training courses in <strong>2011</strong>. These trainings covered all NGOs working in the entirecountry.<strong>MEDiCAM</strong> training focuses on organizational development, health related topics, and advocacy. Whatmakes <strong>MEDiCAM</strong> training unique is that <strong>MEDiCAM</strong> provides training, coaching, and giving smallaward for grassroots NGOs together with community and local authority to develop their plans forimplementation. We have done this for Communicating for advocacy.
