Minimizing impact upon the health of the tree is<br />
mandatory. Interruption of the cambium layer,<br />
while unavoidable, is minimized by careful fastener<br />
designs that achieve the highest possible<br />
load capacity commensurate with the smallest interruption<br />
of the living tissue in the tree. Damage<br />
to the tree root/soil bearing system during and after<br />
construction requires careful attention to site<br />
preparation and maintenance.<br />
