competition juries: lars has served as a jury member for large scale public realm competitions in Denmark.

Bicycle know how: He was a member of the steering committee for the development of the Danish handbook for bicycle

parking. lars is the active member and representative for Gehl architects in the new organization called the cycling embassy

of Denmark. the organization consists of a network of cycling know-how experts, including consultants, producers of bicycle

equipment and Danish city/municipal officials. the aim of the cycling embassy is to promote Danish know-how and expertise in

solutions for cycling internationally.
