*These are cumulative of rehabilitation works which are staggered in various OFC<br />

routes in the division. The section wise details of the individual routes are given in<br />

Annexure-B of Financial Bid.<br />

Note: One Bidder can bid <strong>for</strong> maximum 2 Sections only.<br />

2. Mode of obtaining the tender document:<br />

(i) Direct purchase: <strong>Tender</strong> document containing detailed description of work<br />

& terms and conditions can be obtained from SDE (Technical) % DGMM<br />

NTR, Shimla by paying the cost of bid document.<br />

(ii) By downloading from website: The tender document may be<br />

downloaded from website www.ntr.bsnl.co.in.<br />

3. Mode of Payment <strong>for</strong> tender document:<br />

(i) <strong>Tender</strong> document can be purchased by paying cost of bid document in cash<br />

or DD (non refundable) drawn in favour of AO (Cash) <strong>BSNL</strong> % DGMM<br />

(NTR), Shimla payable at Shimla.<br />

(ii) Those who submit the downloaded tender document, the cost of tender<br />

document is to be submitted separately in separate envelope in the bid<br />

document in the <strong>for</strong>m of Crossed Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank<br />

drawn in favour of AO (Cash) <strong>BSNL</strong> % DGMM (NTR), Shimla payable at<br />

Shimla.<br />

4. Mode of Payment <strong>for</strong> bid security (EMD): Bid Security (EMD) is to be submitted<br />

along with the Document in the <strong>for</strong>m of Crossed Demand Draft issued by a<br />

scheduled Bank drawn in favour of AO (Cash) <strong>BSNL</strong> % DGMM (NTR), Shimla<br />

payable at Shimla.<br />

5. <strong>Tender</strong>s will be deposited in two parts:<br />

(i) Technical bid: - Technical bid should invariably contain (a) Bid Security in<br />

accordance with the tender document. (b) <strong>Tender</strong> documents in original, duly filled in<br />

and signed by tenderer or his authorized representative. (c) The copy of experience<br />

certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Divisional Engineer certifying<br />

that the Bidder has completed OFC underground cable laying works of minimum Rs.<br />

10 Lacs in a financial year, <strong>for</strong> two years in last five years (April, 2005 onwards) (d)<br />

Copy of the Registration of EPF of the firm. (e) Copy of the Registration of the firm.<br />

Authenticated copy of partnership deed in case of partnership firm. (f) Bid Form, duly<br />

filled in, as per section II. (g) <strong>Tender</strong>er’s profile, duly filled in, as per section III of the<br />

tender document and Original “Power of Attorney” in case person other than the<br />

tenderer has signed the tender documents. (h) Copy of Service Tax registration. (i) Bid<br />

document cost in case of bidder downloading the tender document from Website.<br />
