While every effort has been made to describe materials contained as correct, all lots are offered AS IS. The items are available forfull inspection prior to the auction. If you have any questions, call Clarke at 210-824-4123.3. Measurements refer to the image size, the height appears first followed by the width.4. Photographs arriving too late to appear in the auction catalog will be available for viewing during the preview week.5. All sales are final. No returns or refunds.6. The Texas Photographic Society (TPS) assumes NO responsibility for corrections of descriptions, genuineness, authenticity ordefects in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith.7. Conditions of sale may be waived, modified or voided at the sole discretion of TPS.8. Payment will be made in cash, travellers’ checks, personal or business checks accompanied by two forms of identification and/ora VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
