AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTSJournal of Global Business ResearchYour paper should not have been previously published or be currently under consideration forpublication elsewhere. Please send your full paper to JGBR@jgu.edu.in. All manuscripts aresubject to double blind review. After manuscript has been accepted, copyright must betransferred to JGBR. There is no submission or publication fee.Manuscript Requirements:1. All submissions should be within 10,000 words excluding Tables, Figures and Appendices.2. The title should be concise and clearly reflect the nature of scholarly work. Title should betyped in font size of 14 and font style must be bold.3. Manuscript should also have a structured abstract which briefly points out purpose, findingsand originality of the article. The maximum world limit for abstract is 500 words.4. Please provide up to six keywords which encapsulate the principal topics of the paper.5. Manuscript should be prepared as a single word document using Microsoft Word with singlespacedtyped with one-inch margins.6. All manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman, with a font size of 12.7. The manuscript should include a title page comprising full name and affiliation of theauthors; complete mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number. Thetitle page should clearly indicate the author who would be responsible for all correspondence.8. The body of the paper should include a brief introduction, literature review, researchdesign/methodology/ detailed analysis and findings and conclusions. Authors may furtherstructure each of the above headings into appropriate sub-headings for better readability ofthe paper.9. Tables and equations should be in editable form. Submit all figures or photographs as jpg ortiff files.10. Notes and endnotes should be used only if absolutely necessary and must be identified in thetext by consecutive numbers and listed at the end of the article.1


Reference style:1. In-text literature citations must be according to the fifth edition of the Publication Manual ofthe American Psychological Association. Referencing should be carefully checked forcompleteness, accuracy and consistency. Please refer the examples mentioned below:Examples:a. Kim (2005), and Fung and Patterson (1999) stated that…b.
