It is <strong>the</strong>re<strong>for</strong>e possible to have a French victory eventhough <strong>the</strong> chateau remains in English hands and Sir William is alive.Similarly, it is possible to have an English victory even if <strong>the</strong> chateau fallsinto French hands.<strong>The</strong> battle automatically ends when one of <strong>the</strong> two designated target units(English heavy infantry or French heavy cavalry) is destroyed.
