recently graduated from college or university and have no more than 3 years of
work experience.
While the courses you’ve studied and the education you’ve received is

day become a manager at Skanska.

Your future begins. This is the starting
point where you’ll be immersed in
understanding your local Skanska
business unit, inside and out.
Task assignment
20 weeks, abroad
Passport ready? Your first on-the-job
experience will allow you to learn
how another business unit operates
by working in an international
environment.
Staff assignment
12 weeks, home unit
Welcome home. The training you’ll
receive now will provide deeper
insights into understanding more
strategic issues for Skanska.

Between the individual phases of the program,
you’ll also receive training in four specific areas
– Skanska knowledge, leadership, project
management and professional development.
This will provide you with the personal
understanding and ability to take on future
managerial responsibilities.
