Opportunities far and wide
At Skanska, exciting things happen in construction and development every day.
Our people are leading the way. The pace is fast. The work is challenging. The
opportunities are here for you to grow professionally and personally. How far
you want to go with us is up to you.
Whether you are an engineer, or if you come from any other discipline such as
recently graduated from college or university and have no more than 3 years of
work experience.
While the courses you’ve studied and the education you’ve received is
important, we place even more value on your personality – your inner drive,
ambition, openness, communication skills, and ability to think strategically
