The Young at Heart Senior Ride is one of the chapter’s
“heartwarming” ways to give back to the community.
Regency residents can ride in side cars or on the back
of members’ Harleys.

Brookfield Campus
July 24 - August 28
Don’t miss the Living Well with Chronic Conditions program, a
six-week workshop at our Brookfield campus, which teaches
practical skills and techniques for living a healthy, fulfilling life.
Facilitated by trained leaders, this program teaches you how
to deal with chronic conditions including diabetes, arthritis,
multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, heart disease, depression, high
blood pressure, respiratory problems, chronic pain and others.
Along with support from others in class, you can expect this
from workshop:
• Find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue.
• Deal with emotions that chronic conditions may bring about.
• Discover better nutrition choices.
• Learn how exercise can help you improve strength, flexibility
and endurance
• Understand new treatment choices.
• Make the most of your medical care and communicate more
effectively with your doctor and family about your health.
• Learn real-life skills for living a full, healthy life with a chronic
condition.
• How to evaluate new treatments
Research has shown that up to two years after taking the
workshop series, participants demonstrated significant
improvements in exercise, general health, fatigue and other
areas. They also reported fewer medical visits and days in the
hospital. If you want to improve the function and quality of your
life, call ProHealth Care Physician Referral & Class Enrollment
Service at (262) 928-2745 to register for the Living Well with
Wednesday, August 22 | Milwaukee Chamber Theatre | 11:00am departure
The 1962 American play A Thousand Clowns tells the story of a young boy and his free-spirited,
nonconformist uncle, Murray Burns, an unemployed television writer in New York City. Murray eventually
learns to conform to the rules of society in order to maintain custody of his nephew, meeting the challenges
with wit and irreverent humor. A 1965 movie version was adapted from the play by Herb Gardener.
Considered one of Milwaukee’s oldest, professional theater companies,
Milwaukee Chamber Theatre was co-founded in 1975 by two local actors
who envisioned a space where audiences could open their minds to new
theatrical ideas. For more information, visit www.chamber-theatre.com.
Thursday, September 27
Fireside Dinner Theatre | 9:30am departure
First produced on Broadway in January 1964, Hello Dolly is one of
the country’s most enduring musical theater hits, thanks to
gorgeous period costumes, high-stepping choreography, and
some of the best-loved songs on Broadway. Don’t miss the
unforgettable favorites: “Hello Dolly,” “Before the Parade Passes
By” and “Ribbons Down My Back,” and more. Once you meet the
irrepressible Dolly, you’ll no doubt join us in wishing that “Dolly’ll
never go away again.”
The Fireside Dinner Theatre is one of the Midwest’s most popular
entertainment destinations and the only Actors Equity dinner
theater in Wisconsin. During the day trip, Regency residents will
have the opportunity to browse
specialty gift shops and enjoy fine
dining.
