JAMESON HOUSE MEETING ROOMS<br />
Up the beautiful paneled staircase of the former Jameson Family 19th century residence are the<br />
original bedrooms, four of which form our Jameson House suite of meeting rooms. Each<br />
room is named after various historical figures that had connections with the house <strong>and</strong> offer<br />
modern meeting facilities with natural daylight overlooking our courtyard or 'secret' garden<br />
areas, while blending with the original ornate period features of each room. These rooms<br />
can be booked individually or together as syndicate/breakout rooms to our larger rooms in the<br />
adjoining Conference & Banqueting Centre.
'EDWARD V11' SUITE 407<br />
Named after the king's visit to unveil the wedding plaque, to commemorate the marriage<br />
between members of the two great whisky families Haig & Jameson in 1907 (which can still be<br />
seen in our walled garden today).<br />

Named after Queen Alex<strong>and</strong>ra, wife of King Edward VII who visited the Jameson family home as<br />

Named after the wife of James Mollison, who in August 1932, flew solo in his Puss Moth aircraft<br />

FOOD & BEVERAGE<br />
THE JAMESON BAR has enjoyed a soft refurbishment this year, combining the 19th century<br />
period features originating in the Jameson House with stylish contemporary design. The bar<br />
takes up the whole ground floor of the historic Jameson residence <strong>and</strong> features different areas<br />
originally the old rooms of the house from the Panel Bar by the fireplace, the Residents Bunker<br />
Bar (the 19th hole!) to the contemporary Red Room & Conservatory leading onto the garden.<br />
Food is served daily, including a <strong>Golf</strong>ers Breakfast from 8am, with Live Music every Friday &<br />
Saturday... there's a great line in whiskies as well of course. Group bookings up to 35 persons<br />
are welcome - perfect for pre <strong>and</strong> post dinner drinks, whisky tastings can also be organized.<br />
THE COCKTAIL LOUNGE offers the very best sea views in Dublin; food is served daily plus our<br />
renowned Afternoon-Tea-By-The-Sea <strong>and</strong> extensive range of house-made cocktails. Live piano<br />
music every Friday & Saturday, ideal with pre-dinner drinks. Group bookings of up to 30<br />
persons are welcome<br />
THE OSBORNE BRASSERIE overlooks our courtyard garden <strong>and</strong> is named after the famous Irish<br />
painter Walter Osborne who painted this very same view. Breakfast is served here daily (full<br />
buffet) <strong>and</strong> Dinner every Friday & Saturday from 6pm with an Early Bird Menu available until<br />
7.30pm. Brasserie-style food, with weekly changing dishes by our award-winning chef, using the<br />
best of fresh local produce.<br />
There is a private dining area for up to 24 people <strong>and</strong> the maximum capacity of the brasserie is<br />
90 persons.
