That is something that exists only at Olsberg:

quality down to the smallest detail – this was the guiding idea for the conception

of the patented Compact closing system. A door with the Compact

closing system remains permanently air-tight and, in addition, it closes with

low noise and gently. Moreover the hydraulic system is considered wear-free.

The aspect of ease of operation was also taken into account in Olsberg’s

development department. The door with the Compact closing system can be

fixed in the opened position. Cleaning of the fire box is easier thanks to this

function. You have your hands free for the actual work.

The closing mechanism is among the important prerequisites which have to

be met so that the wood-burning stove is given the approval for operation

independent of the room air. After all, the heat generator must ensure

adequate air-tightness in relation to the room it is installed in under all

operating conditions. An Olsberg stove door meets these high standards so

that the correspondingly equipped fireplace of the Compact Series functions

without difficulty with an approved ventilation unit without any additional

safety device. The closing system is used by Olsberg in the models of the

Compact Series.

Tolima PowerSystem Compact

The TOlima proves its versatility also as an all-rounder storage unit. Besides the tried and proven TOlima aqua now also

as the TOlima PowerSystem with storage mass of top quality.

The Thermot StoreBloc with hot gases flowing through it! In the fire box as well as the olivine StoreBloc attached to the

outside of the heating jacket absorb a large part of the energy generated, store it and then with a time lag they give it off

again, controlled by means of an air gate valve, to the room to be heated.

Olsberg innovations such as: Compact technology for room-independent operation, aerated door handle and

closed-loop control system with electronic stove open-loop control system OEC (accessories)

The TEliCa Compact was inspired by our successful CALDERA Compact model. We took this proven design and developed

it further to produce a state-of-the-art, slim stove.

This stove concept was the perfect home for our patented circulation combustion chamber technology, which keeps emissions

low and efficiency high, and the proven Compact door sealing technology.

The new, cost-optimising Olsberg Efficiency Controller OEC makes the stove easier to operate by automatically regulating

gases is carried out. The residence time of

the heating gases in the combustion zone is

extended.

In this way, optimized post-combustion is

The secondary air device, better known in specialist circles as a draught

limiter, brings about homogeneous chimney up-draught. From 20 Pa,

a rotary lock opens so that constant conditions are achieved in the flue

gas section. In this way, even with fluctuating wind and weather conditions

optimized burn-up and low emissions are permanently ensured even in the

case of a strong chimney up-draught.

With the help of a sensor, the temperature in the flue

gas is checked. The data obtained are passed on to

a processor in the closed-loop control unit that carries

out balancing with the stored ideal conditions.

With a servomotor, the combustion air flow rate,

matching every burn-up situation, is controlled in an

optimum way.

At the end of burn-up (basic incandescence phase)

the OEC shuts off the air supply and thus prevents

cooling-down of the room where it is installed.

The average burn-up phase of a load of firewood in a woodburning

stove lasts, as a rule, approx. one hour. If wood is

not added after that, the stove will soon no longer provide

any heat. With the storage technology PowerSystem Olsberg

has, therefore, developed a fireplace that retains the heating

warmth with the help of storage stones and after the burn-up

phase releases it into the room as pleasant radiant heat.

Olsberg presents, with Tolima Aqua Compact, a particularly energy efficient

wood-burning stove. Its advantage – it has innovative heating water technology

that integrates a thermally insulated water pocket. The connection situation for

the heating supply and return line is available both at the rear and from below.

With the help of the Olsberg installation unit with return line elevation and the

Olsberg temperature difference controller, the Tolima Aqua Compact can, as a

rule, be retrofitted in existing heating systems without any problems.

Of 10 kW of nominal heat output, about 70 percent benefits the central heating

system. 30 percent of the energy is passed on directly to the room in which

the stove is installed as pleasant radiation and convection heat. With this

splitting-up the fireplace will make a considerable contribution to supporting the

domestic heat and hot water supply in the home and thus to achieving a more

favourable cost structure.

Besides the advantages mentioned, Tolima Aqua Compact is characterised

by the patented Olsberg Compact door closing system. Handling and design

are meaningfully rounded off by the aerated door handle. Moreover the

fireplace has a construction inspection authority approval for operation independent

of the room air. Besides increased burn-out and operating safety

the modern Olsberg development can for example be operated without any

further safety measures together with an approved home ventilation unit.

The OEC electronic stove control system (accessories) ensures ideal

conditions for burn-out and during downtimes prevents the room where

it is installed from cooling out.

With the compact dimensions Tolima Aqua Compact can find a space in

every living room. The customised design is achieved on the basis of the

numerous surface variants from the areas of steel, ceramics or natural stone.
