REGIONAL GEOLOGY-Around ColosaWHY TO EXPLORE THERE-- Multi-elemental ocurrences (Au,Ag, Cu, Mo, Hg, Sb, Pb,Zn)-Regional Structures (Romeral-Palestina-Otú-Pericos faults)- Geology of Neogene hypabyssalrocks (diorite, qzdiorite, dacite)-Volcanic-plutonic arc (Ruíz, StaIsabel, Quindio, Tolima, Machín)Partial preserved calderas andactive volcanos)-WHAT CAN FIND THERE?Porphyry & epithermal deposits

ANTECEDENTS 1551-1890-spanish people exploit severalartisanal gold and silver minesin Tolima Department .-1632 spanish FranciscoFernandez climbed CoelloRiver and found Au-Ag minesin Toche.-1800-1883 Colombia leasedmines to British companies(Graham-Herrrin-Powels,Tolima Mining) .-1885-1900 Colombia exploitsome gold mines throughprivate companies.

ANTECEDENTS 1900-2006- XX Century artisanal miningactivity looking for Au, Ag and Hg(Bolivar, Nieblas, Cinabrio)-1984- Lozano,Mosquera.Perez.INGEOMINAS. Wedecides to follow up in this creek

July 2006 - FIRST FOLLOW UP-ROCK SAMPLING COLOSASAMPLING ROCKS-12,13,28 July -2006were taken about 50rock samples-Geology: Schists, dacites and andesites-Alteration: Potassic,Sericitic. AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2006SECOND FOLLOW UP ROCKS - GEOCHEMICAL RESULTS- Along Colosa creek , otherssmall creeks, and severalpaths ,August-September 2006 tookaprox 500 rock samples- This results showed severalGold values until 4.5 ppm indiorite rocks with potassicalteration-Observation a cluster of goodgold values in the upper partof Colosa creek in intrusiverocks

SEPTEMBER 2006 preliminary resourcesONLY with SURFACE ROCKSBlock-diagramBetween 2800 & 3100 m above sealevel, we found one mineralizedinterval of aprox 300 m thicknessThree Mineralized blocks• A –0.31Km² -250m @1g -7Moz Au• (A’)-0.13Km² -250m@1.6g - 4.5Moz Au• B-0.10Km² -150m @0.5g- 0.66Mz Au-Cu average 350 ppm-Mo average 40 ppm-Ag average 1 ppm-W average 6 ppm-September 2006 after 9 months ofgeochemical exploration weAnnounced that we have a WorldClass Deposit with more or less8 Moz Gold.-In this moment people didn’t believeus and they says that in Colombiacouldn’t have a BIG GOLD DEPOSIT.

SEP 2006-Febrary 2007 WE CONTINUE GEOCHEMICAL EXPLORATIONBetween September 2006 until March2007 we continue exploration program-Rock Sampling in different creeksRock sampling (C horizon) on a grid200x50m-Total rock sample collected ~2000Appear a big gold anomaly 2200 m x 600m- NW corner anomaly has the best goldvalues in diorite rocks.-Central-south anomaly, widespred goldvalues in metamorphic rock.-East part short gold anomalies inmetamorphic rock.

CONCLUSIONS-Geochemical exploration based on stream sediment at least 200 mesh(-200 mesh), pre-selecting basin no more than 3 km2 was effective in thediscovery of Colosa deposit-With only rocks surface sampling was possible to do an initial estimateinferred resources of approx 8 Moz Au and defined it like oneworld class deposit (September 2006).-The Colosa discovery showed the economic potential of gold-richporphyry deposits and its epithermal partners within the Neogenevolcano-plutonic arc in the north-west part of South America.- 17 May-2012 In VIII International Mining, Petroleum and EnergyCongress in Cartagena Colombia. AGAC announced inferredresources of aprox 24 Moz.-Today Colosa is placed as the best World goldrichporphyry deposit above of deposits known as ElRefugio (190 t), Lobo( 150 t) and Marte (83t) in Chile
