Certificate ong>ofong> Conong>forong>mity issued onthe basis ong>ofong> the regulation under Paragraph 1 ong>ofong> this Article shallbe repealed as from 1 January 2012.Article 22The manufacture or his authorised representative, or importer, may, not later than 1 January 2012,place onthe market and/or put into service equipment designed and manufactured and ong>forong> which conong>forong>mitywas assessed in accordance with requirements under the regulation referred to in Article 21 (1) ong>ofong> thisRulebook.The conong>forong>mity document that is issued onthe basis ong>ofong> conducted assessment ong>ofong> conong>forong>mity underParagraph 1 ong>ofong> this Article or other documents accompanying equipment shall include inong>forong>mationong>ofong>regulations with which equipment is in conong>forong>mity (title ong>ofong> regulation and number ong>ofong> the Official Gazettewhere that regulation was published).Article 23This Rulebook shall enter into ong>forong>ce onthe eighth day following its publication in the “OfficialGazette ong>ofong> the Republic ong>ofong> Serbia”.28
ANNEX 1ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY1. General requirements ong>forong> equipmentEquipment shall be so designed and manufactured, having regard to the state ong>ofong> art, as to ensure that:1) theelectromagnetic disturbances generated does not exceed the level above which radio andtelecommunications equipment or other equipment cannot operate as intended;2) it has a level ong>ofong> immunity to theelectromagnetic disturbances to be expected in its intended usewhich allows it to operate without unacceptable degradationong>ofong> its intended use.2. Specific requirements ong>forong> fixed installationsA fixed installation shall be installed applying good engineering practices and recpecting theinong>forong>mationonthe intended use ong>ofong> its components, in order to meet protection requirements set out in Point1 ong>ofong> this Annex. Such good engineering practice shall be documented and the documentation shall be heldby the person(s) responsible at the disposal ong>ofong> the relevant authorities ong>forong> inspection purposes ong>forong> as long asthe fixed installation is in operation.29
