114 Services and features• The SESM originates the wakeup call from the EXPERiUS AS to thesubscriber again either until the call is answered or the max number ofretries is reached.• If the call is not answered after all retries have been made, WakeupCall service at the SESM removes the wakeup time data in the IMDBtuple (SESM's runtime cache) of the subscriber.Restrictions and limitationsThe following are restrictions and limitations associated with the Wakeupcall feature:• Wakeup call activating/deactivating is not successful if the client dropsthe call while playing the first programming announcement.• Wake call activating/deactivating is not successful if the client drops thecall during the digit collection process.• Wakeup call activation is successful if the client drops the call duringthe wake up confirmation announcement after the digit collectionprocess finished.• Wakeup call deactivation is successful if the client drops the call duringthe Wakeup call deactivation announcement.• If the treatment provisioning of the Wakeup Call program promptannouncement is not valid, the subscriber cannot program a wakeupcall.• Although the provisioning of the Wakeup call confirmationannouncement is not valid, a wakeup call is activated successfully.• If the treatment provisioning of the Wakeup call announcement is notvalid, the subscriber cannot listen to the wakeup call announcementand the call is not scheduled.• Failover is not supported during Wakeup call activation/deactivation.• User does not listen to branding announcements during Wakeup callactivation/deactivation or during a wakeup call.• A Wakeup call can be forwarded through call routing except tovoicemail.• Wakeup calls are not forwarded to voicemail.• Wakeup call activation/deactivation sessions and wakeup calls cannotbe parked.• Wakeup call activation/deactivation sessions and wakeup calls cannotbe transferred.• Wakeup call is not supported for Sh Users.15 August 2014 EXPERiUS Application Server NN48111-111 09.02Copyright © 2010-2014 GENBAND. Use the PersonalAgent to create an easy-to-select list for IP Phone users. GENCom forWindows(IP Phone 2002, 2004, 2007 and 1100 Series only) users canlocally save text messages in a drop-down list for reuse.Personal AgentCreate a list of call subjects in the Personal Agent through Preferences>IPPhone>Subjects. These call subjects appear on the IP Phones.Call subjects saved in the Personal Agent are not available to users.GENCom for WindowsYou can enter text in the Subject field in the Make a Call window beforemaking a call.
