Set up Call Forward through the menu Personal Agent >Routes> Call Routes.Client phones can be set up to forward calls on a call-by-call basis.Feature restrictions and limitationsThe following are restrictions and limitations associated with this feature:• With the implementation of the “Call Forward Restrictions-emergencynumbers” feature, emergency numbers and emergency aliasesprovisioned on an EXPERiUS AS system cannot be added as a callforward route destination for a subscriber in the same EXPERiUS ASsystem. This restriction is enforced on the Personal Agent by rejectionof any such configuration attempt. Incoming PSTN or Gateway calls display the telephonenumber. If a caller is a contact in the receiver's personal address book,then the caller's nickname (for SIP-to-SIP calls) appears.GENCom for Windows incoming call windows may display the picture ID.Feature operationThe incoming call window shows the display name and picture (ifavailable). If the caller is a contact in the receiver's address book, then thenickname appears.Calls answered from one Converged Desktop user (caller) to another user(called), the GENCom for Windows with the Converged Desktop servicedisplays a call window as shown in the following figure. The appearance ofthe window seen by the two parties differs slightly.Calls placed through the public switched telephone network (PSTN) partyor an individual outside the Application Server system, a conversationwindow does not appear to GENCom for Windows Converged Desktopusers.Calling Line ID Restriction (Privacy)This section describes the Calling Line ID Restriction (Privacy) feature.Calling line identification allows you to specify whether your name andnumber appear when you make a call.
