V – Vitalize Enthusiasm – Our goal is to stimulate employee enthusiasm bymaintaining open communication, emphasizing employee accountability, andrecognizing employee achievements.E – Equip Employees – Our goal is to prepare our employees for service by providingeducational programs and distributing resources based on need and availability.Goal # 1 – Stimulate TeamworkWe fully recognize that our successas a law enforcement agency isdirectly related to the relationship thatwe have with the citizens of WarnerRobins and the surroundingcommunity. The standard of safetyand security that our community andwe desire will never be achievedwithout an intentional, concentrated,and cooperative effort from thecitizens of Warner Robins, thesurrounding community, and theemployees of the Warner RobinsPolice Department.8

Therefore, we will seek to enhance this cooperative effort with the communitythrough various means. While we presently have various avenues in place for thefacilitation of teamwork mentality, we continually strive to improve this vital area.This may result in the frequency of ongoing programs, the revitalization of pastprograms, and the implementation of new ideas.This desire will pervade the entirety of the Warner Robins Police Department.
