SHEPWAY SPORTS TRUSTPROJECT ASSISTANTRECRUITMENT DETAILSThank you for your interest in the Project Assistant position at the Shepway Sports Trust.The Shepway Sports Trust is supported by the Roger De Haan Charitable Trust, and is the driving forcebehind the Shepway Sports Strategy which includes the following objectives: To improve and enhance sports in Shepway, To support local clubs and schools to improve competitive quality through a full programme offixtures, To provide opportunities for all ages for competitive sports development through proper coaching,training and regular fixtures, To identify and nurture excellence in sport from the bottom up exploiting and celebrating highachieving role models locally.We are now looking for a Project Assistant to take on the day to day activities and stakeholder contact tosupport the delivery of the Shepway Sports Strategy, through support and collaboration with local sportsclubs, schools and other sporting bodies.This role is being recruited alongside a Project Director, and together the Director and Assistant will be thefirst employees in post within the Shepway Sports Trust.Salary: c. £20,000 depending on experience.Terms: Full-time, fixed term for two years.
