The openforum invites practitioners to utilize the newest digital processes andtechnologies in the field while accessing themes in contemporary digital art.COMPETITION DETAILS10 artists DVD’s or CD’s are selected from the submitted entries and will beexhibited in the ArtCenter/ South Florida’s Gallery July 18 – 26, 2008 as partof the86collective Digital Forum. Images are exhibited as looped presentationson wall-mounted 32” LCD TV/ DVD players or as required for other media.Submissions must be postmarked by June 23, 2008. Prizes will beawarded for the top three entries1. $2,000 Award2. $1,500 Award3. $1,000 Award** Selected videos or digital art will be used by the86collective on their websiteand for other promotional materials**ACCEPTED MEDIAAll computer-chip generated, manipulated or digital videos will be accepted.Digital photography or photography inclusive of digital manipulation of imagesis accepted as well.
