Subscale scores on the SNAP-IV are calculated by summing the scores on theitems in the specific subset (e.g., Inattention) and dividing by the number of items in thesubset (e.g., 9). The score for any subset is expressed as the Average Rating Per Item. The5% cutoff scores for teachers and parents are provided. Compare the Average Rating PerItem score to the cut-off score to determine if the score falls within the top 5%.
