This provides you with exceptional quality and uniquedesign opportunities.WOOD SAMPLES●T he select veneers, colour process and hardwood finishes from Palmieri Furniture Limited achieve thehighest aesthetic and performance standards in furniture excellence. Different wood species offer uniquetexture and grain. Minor variations in finish colour and value may occur due to the natural characteristicsof wood. All wood materials shall be inspected and treated with a final sanding and polishing operationbefore any staining and final finishing can be performed. All machine and mill marks are to be removed.Once the polishing and sanding has been performed, the furniture will then undergo the following stainand finish procedures.Step 1A base stain will be uniformly applied, wiped andthen allowed to dry.Step 4A coat of shader will be applied to even out colouruniformly and enhance colour appearance.Palmieri has been an innovative manufacturer providing library furnitureacross North America for over 40 years. Exceptional craftsmanship, uniquedesign and quality are the main principles behind Palmieri Furniture.Palmieri Furnitureoffers libraries anextensive selectionof contemporarywood, metal paintand laminatefinishes.Step 2A uniform coat of sealer will be applied andallowed to dry.Step 3Sealer will be sanded using 320 grit silicon paper.Step 5A Catalytic lacquered of 40-45 degree sheen isevenly applied and allowed to dry under factorycontrolled conditions. All product is oven cured.Every endeavor has been made to match the printed samples to the actual product available. Uponevaluation, please remember that wood products are naturally subject to variations in grain patterndensity and wood colour. Exact duplication of these samples is not possible.PLASTIC LAMINATES●O ur laminates are designed for either horizontal, vertical or postforming applications. General PurposeGrade Nominal Thickness 0.0048”/1.2 MM. Laminates shall conform to standards set by the NationalElectrical Manufacturers’ Association (NEMA GP50). Printed colours and patterns are reproduced fromrepresentative segments of large sheets and may differ slightly from actual product. Please refer to actualsamples before specifying.METAL FINISHES●A ll metal components are thoroughly cleaned and coated electrostatically with an epoxy powder coatpaint finish.
