Please feel free to create your own teamT-shirts based on the dress regulations specified by the club and listed in information below.ARRIVAL REGISTRATION10:30am Registration for a 11:30am Shotgun Start, 4 Person AmbroseHANDICAPSAll Players handicap must be listed on the Team Application form if available.For players that do not have a AGU handicap the handicap for men will be 18, and 36 for ladies.One week prior to the event all Handicaps must be advised to Melissa Weatherhog.HIRE CLUBSFull and half sets available for hire. Please specify your requirements on your RSVP Sheet. The hire fee will bepayable on arrival at the golf course.CODE OF DRESS—GOLFMen: Appropriate shirt with collar, Tailored shorts or slacks, Golf shoes or sport shoes with predominately whitesocks (soft spikes only, metal spikes are not permitted), any form of denim wear is not acceptable, Elastic waistor sports shorts is not acceptable.Ladies: Appropriate ladies golf fashion must be worn, golf shoes or sports shoes with socks, any form of denim isnot acceptable, soft spikes only—metal spikes are not permitted.PRE-GAME BBQ LUNCHA light morning tea will be served from 10.30am, and a Lunch pack will be distributed on course to each player.GOLF COURSE AND BUGGIES18 Hole Golf Course, 2 Golf Buggies per team will be provided.PRIZESWinner (Team), Runners Up (Team), Third Place (Team), Longest Drive (Player), Closest to the Pin (Player),‘Learner Drivers’ (Team)SHOWERS AND TOWELSClubhouse shower and locker rooms are available. Presentations will be made during this time, with an expected conclusion time of 7:00—7.30pm atlatest.
