Welcome
From contemporary living room to cottage kitchen,
Mazona have a style to suit all.
Carbon Neutral
As it grows, a tree absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and when it is burnt
that carbon is released to the atmosphere, therefore, as a fuel, WOOD is Carbon
Neutral. All Mazona multi fuel stoves are carbon neutral when fuelled by wood.
Mazona recommends you use a wood from a responsibly cultivated source.
Efficiency
All our stoves use secondary air combustion air wash systems which result in a
more complete burn, thus providing more heat and less smoke. On all our Cast Iron
models there is an airwash system which directs a curtain of heated fresh air across
the back of the glass and into the fire chamber. The Dakota stove takes this principal
one step further and directs air into the front and rear of the chamber to give a
beautifully clear and efficient flame.
Fuels
Carbon Neutral Wood is a recommended
fuel for all Mazona stoves and for best
results we recommend that logs should
be of a hardwood like Ash or similar and
seasoned for 2 years or more. This allows
the wood to dry out and the moisture
content to subside to less than 20%.
Fuelling your stove on properly seasoned
wood will not only double the stove’s
heat output compared to freshly felled
or green timber but will also help avoid a
build up of tar in the flue.
Other recommended fuels; Coal and
Lignite.
Caution!
Petroleum based fuels like Pet Coke must
not be used in any Mazona product as the
temperatures created will dramatically
shorten the lifespan of your product and
will invalidate any warranty offered with
the product.

LUXOR
The Luxor cast iron single door stove is ideal for small
to medium living spaces, with a radiant heat output
range of 6 to 7 kW. Capable of being fuelled on wood,
coal briquette or lignite. The Luxor features a riddling
grate and adjustable airwash system to keep the glass
clear. shown here with low legs, optional high legs are

DAKOTA
The Dakota stove is a masterpiece in efficient design. The use of materials from the granite
curved shelf to the sleek and tall curved glass door fitted with engineered handle and locking
system, exude a feeling of design and quality. The modern look of this stove is backed up
by modern computer aided combustion chamber design. The Dakota boasts a secondary
air injection system which keeps the high flame chamber free from excess residue forming
at the top of the chamber and door.

THE ORLANDO RANGE
Introducing the ORLANDO family
of stoves. Following the success
of our standard Orlando stove
we have extended the range to
include a small version with a single
door, a standard size version with a
single door and a large twin door
version.
The Orlando stoves, have a
traditional feel but with modern
secondary air burn technology. This
ensures that you get a good flame
picture from your stove. With the
exception of the small Orlando, all
the stoves in this range feature a
side entry fuelling door for larger
logs which burn for longer.

The small Orlando cast iron stove has
features which include top or rear
flue outlets, riddling multifuel grate
and airwash secondary air clean
burn technology. Pictured here with
the Greek 66” micro-marble surround
and a fire chamber that is lined
with reeded Tekniform vermiculite
panels which absorb less heat than
traditional masonry meaning that
more heat is directed back into the
room.

Introducing the New single door Orlando,
identical in size and output as with the
twin door version, but with a single door
offering a clear view into the fire chamber.
Features include the option of top or rear
flue outlet, riddling multifuel grate, airwash
secondary air clean burn technology and
side fuelling door for longer logs which
mean you refuel less often.

ORLANDO
The Orlando stove is the backbone of the Orlando family. The Orlando stove has
a traditional appearance but has the efficicent design of a very modern stove. The
decorative pattern on the outside of the casting increases the surface area which in
turn increases the ammount of heat radiated into the room. The airwash secondary-air,
CLEAN-BURN technology ensures a complete combustion to maximise heat output
and reduce polution. Other features
include riddling multifuel grate, side entry fuelling door and top or rear
flue options.

LARGE
ORLANDO
The large Orlando has all the benefits
of the Orlando’s efficient design
including fins on the rear panel to
increase transfer of heat into the room
but with increased output. This stove
is ideal for heating large open living
spaces. Development of an add-in
boiler is underway for this model.

sPAREs /OPTIONs
OPTIONs
Optional High and Low legs are available for the Cairo and Luxor
stoves. There is also an option for an altenative fluel retainer bar for the
Cairo and Luxor.
BOILERs
A range of add in boilers are currently in development and will be
available for the Orlando range later this year, and may also become
available for other models. The addition of a boiler allows the heat from
the stove to be used for domestic hot water. In the large Orlando the
boiler can be used to heat radiators as well. The stove bodies come with
blanked off holes ready for boilers.
PARTs
Glass, ashpans, heat & baffle plates, fuel retainer bars and operation tools.
All parts from your Mazona stove are replaceable and available through
your stockist.
High temperature resistant matt black stove paint is also available for
touching up your stove and keeping it looking like new. Other colours are
available please quote model of stove when ordering paint.

VITRELUX PIPE FROM
MIDTHERM
Midtherm Vitreous Enamel steel Flue Pipe is a top quality
product manufactured to the highest possible standards.
Produced in zero carbon steel which is coated both
internally and externally with a high temperature and
acid resistant vitreous enamel coating. This finish meets
the high temperature resistance requirements of Bs 1344
Parts 1 and 7 and conforms to Class sA requirements of Bs
1344 Part 3 for acid resistance. Leak proof when sealed as
recommended.
Matt black enamelled flue pipe, is all you will need to
connect your stove to your existing flue.
Midtherm Vitrelux range is ideally suited for use on gas, oil
and multifuel appliances rating up to 50kW
Vitrelux flue pipe is available in 4” (100mm), 5” (125mm), 6”
(150mm) , 7”(180mm) and 8” (200mm)
Lengths, 15˚, 45˚ and 90˚ elbows are available in all the above
sizes, with or without doors. The doors accommodate
cleaning and are manufactured from brushed stainless
steel.
• Vitrelux Vitreous Enamel flue pipe should only be used
to connect from the appliance into an existing lined
chimney, or a class 1 twin wall insulated stainless steel
chimney. Under no circumstances is Vitrelux to be used
externally or to line an existing chimney.
• We recommend no more than 1.5m of Vitrelux be
installed from the appliance to the existing chimney to
avoid excessive condensation.

HT Plus is a Class1 chimney, manufactured using the latest
technology ensuring high quality and value for money.
Below is and illustration of a typical HT Plus installation.
HT Plus flue pipe is available in 5” (130mm), 6” (150mm) ,
7”(180mm) and 8” (200mm) from stock and for larger
applications (up to 350mm) on request.
HT Plus offers a complete chimney solution and the range
of accessories feature:
• A diverse selection of terminals to help resolve turbulent
air or downdraught conditions.
• Wall brackets and guy wire kits to support the system
• Roof flashings and fire stops
