Einen Wohnsitzin Österreich haben Personen, die imBundesgebiet über eine Wohnungverfügen, die sie offensichtlich längerfristigals solche nutzen (werden).Die Wohnung muss nicht der Hauptwohnsitzsein, sie muss aber den persönlichenVerhältnissen entsprechendzum Wohnen geeignet sein. Zur Begründungeines Wohnsitzes muss dieWohnung zwar nicht ununterbrochen,aber zumindest wiederkehrend benütztwerden.Ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt inÖsterreich haben Personen, die sichim Bundesgebiet nicht nur vorübergehend(Urlaub, Geschäftsreise, Besuch,etc.), sondern offensichtlich für längereZeit aufhalten (werden). Auf jeden Falltritt nach sechs Monaten Aufenthalt inÖsterreich, und zwar rückwirkend,die unbeschränkte Steuerpflicht ein.Die Staatsbürgerschaft ist dabei nichtentscheidend.Die unbeschränkte Steuerpflicht bedeutet,dass grundsätzlich alle in- undausländischen Einkünfte in Österreichsteuerlich erfasst werden.Beschränkt steuerpflichtig sindPersonen, die in Österreich (z.
